DOCUMENTATION

COMPLAINT SUBMITTING

The client has the right to file a complaint with Verificator OÜ. The complaint is submitted in a free form by sending an e-mail to info@verificator.ee.

The complaint must contain at least the following information:

  1. Name of the complainant and name of the contact person.
  2. Description of the complaint.
  3. Date of filing the complaint.

Verificator OÜ ensures a timely response to the complaint. Receipt of the complaint will be acknowledged within two working days. The complaint will be processed and the decision will be communicated in a timely manner.
